B2B Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern ENDLESS PURE Trade Accounts and every B2B order placed on app.endlesspure.com by an approved business customer.

Trade Accounts are reserved for professional retailers, pharmacies, concept stores, beauty professionals and other businesses approved by ENDLESS PURE.

2. Application and approval

Access requires a Trade Account application with a validated VAT number and acceptance of the Retail Partner principles. ENDLESS PURE reviews every application and may approve it, request additional information or decline it.

Approval gives access to wholesale prices and B2B ordering. It does not create any distributor, exclusive, territorial or representative relationship and does not grant rights beyond those expressly stated by ENDLESS PURE.

3. Orders, prices and minimum order

Prices are wholesale prices excluding VAT, in the currency of the customer's region. The applicable minimum order value is shown in the cart and at checkout.

An order is binding once it is confirmed and paid. Approval rules and spending limits configured by the customer's company apply to every order.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Products are shipped from the factory; risk passes to the customer on delivery.

5. Use of the brand

Use of ENDLESS PURE names, trademarks and brand assets is governed by the Retail Partner Guidelines, which form part of these terms.

Products may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces or online intermediation platforms without prior written authorisation from ENDLESS PURE.

6. Suspension and closure

ENDLESS PURE may suspend or close a Trade Account if the information provided is inaccurate or if the terms or guidelines are not respected.

7. Personal data

Personal data provided in the application is processed to review the application and manage the account, as described in the privacy policy.
